Games Finance Market - Registration & Application Form

Welcome! The Games Finance Market is the UK’s largest curated B2B initiative, taking place every year during the London Games Festival. This event connects established games businesses and new games start-ups with investors, publishers and platforms. The 2025 Games Finance Market takes place on Tuesday 8 April and Wednesday 9 April at the IET London: Savoy Place.

Download now the Games Finance Market guide to learn about the format of the event in detail.

Applications are now open to take part – we pre-select all participants due to venue capacity and to ensure a high-quality level around pitch meetings.

It is important to note that the Games Finance Market is not open to service providers or agencies, since the goal of the event is to connect studios currently working on a video game with publishers and investors who can potentially fund development and/or offer publishing support.

If you are a studio pitching a new game or business, please create an account and fill this application form to tell us about your project and register your interest. Please note that during the application form you will be asked to upload a pitch deck of your game (and, optionally, a budget document). These documents will not be shared with other participants and are exclusively used internally for assessment purposes.

The deadline for applications is Monday 6 January at 23.59 GMT.

It is free to apply to the market. If your application to the Games Finance Market is successful, you will then have the option to purchase a ticket.

The ticket is priced at £325+VAT and it gives you full access to the Games Finance Market keynote, meetings, lunch and tea/coffee breaks on both days of the market.

One single ticket covers your company’s attendance for up to 2 people.

Please note that completing this application form does not obligate you to purchase a ticket to the Games Finance Market. Nor does an application guarantee entry.

Games Finance Market selected participants will be granted early access to an online meeting tool which will support the event.

Ahead of the event, successful studios will be asked to make advanced choices for the meetings they would ideally take at the Games Finance Market. The Games London team will then create a meeting schedule for each studio, arranging a few meetings based on the choices they make and mutual matchings. The online meeting tool will also allow studios to schedule further meetings over the course of the two days.
